Great customer services... the first bo was warped and i contacted customer services, took some pictures of the issue submitted them and had a new bo shortly after that was perfect..

I have received word back from Sophia about my issue apparently I sent the email to the other website instead of the zengu.com one. i will contact her with the information she requested. Thank you for your time and quick response.
